The Suzuki Intruder 150 will be borrowing its engine mechanism from the company’s bestselling two-wheeler, Gixxer. The engine offers a 154.9 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that delivers a maximum power output of 14 bhp and a peak torque of 14Nm. The produced power is transmitted to the wheels through a 5-speed gearbox. Moreover, the engine could be available in a tuned version to offer better performance.

Being a 155 cc bike, it will compete with the lone rival, the Bajaj Avenger Street 150. But given the features and equipment on offer, the Intruder 150 is expected to be priced between Rs. 90,000 (ex-showroom) to Rs. 95,000 (ex-showroom), which makes it a bit expensive than the Avenger.
